    Kangaroos are marsupials. That means that when a baby kangaroo is born it has to crawl to a pouch on its mother's belly so it can finish growing until it is big enough to live on its own.

    The male platypus has poisonous stingers on its back feet.
    They have folds of skin over their ears and eyes so they can catch food underwater. They can stay underwater for roughly ten minutes!
